Transnational

In 2011 also marks the changes in my life...

first, spiritually, next in term of career...

After been 'written off' as passenger, I've been given a life line by Transnational... From the first day joining, I vow to prove that I'm an asset and my former office was mistaken by not polishing this gem...

Alhamdulillah... with Allah swt blessing, I managed to turn the loss making operations for 3 consecutive years to operating profit plus making the highest ever production, not to mentioned exceeding budget which was never been achieve in the last 7 years...

The morale and confidence of the staff as at highest and they too prove to be an unpolished jewel that my Board of Directors never seen before...

Leading and managing the office was my best experience I ever had... I had an excellent team who work together like a family and our daily lives was full of laughter & joy... Yup, we work hard, but we also have fun...

Once again, we start 2012 with a bang when we technically had achieved our 1 year budget by 4th month of the year... we also projected higher profit this year...

Off course, there is a price to pay, I had to sacrifice my family time... but alhamdulillah, I managed to pay back by taking them for holiday (local & overseas) as well as umrah with my wife...

InsyaAllah whatever happened, I will always remember my team mate and you guys are bunch of fun, jovial and capable people...
