I read in yesterday's NST a very interesting article by Excise Duty DG about how much the government collected in Car Excise Duty & taxes last year. It's RM7Billion and it stated that most of these monies goes towards building school, hospital and many other projects in the country.
I'm fine with that, but my contention is, why must the BN government keep on claiming it is their projects in most project signboard. Have you ever read "Another project by BN government"?
Come on, it's Rakyat's money, it should be Rakyat's project... BN did not even have 2/3 majority to claim the credit. Rakyat consists of various people who even voted for opposition & if you go by vote count throughout Malaysia in 2008, BN did not really get majority votes. They win solely because they separate the constituent to two or three in their stronghold area.
