Recently we had some argument on food preparation... some say better we set a limit on how much to eat than go to waste... but the other group felt that better have excess food for everybody to eat rather than not enough... how?
As for me, I'm more incline on the later since my parents always taught me to make sure we have enough food for everybody to eat... This is more so when you want to feed the growing up kids... they tend to eat a lot, so why not we make sure they are full & happy...
just my 2 cents
When I speak out...

10 tips for good nite sleep
Something interesting...
Stick to a schedule. Erratic bedtimes do not allow for your body to align to the proper circadian rhythms. Mum was right when she set a time we always had to go to sleep as kids. Also, make sure you try to keep the same schedule on weekends too, otherwise the next morning, you’d wake later and feel overly tired.
Sleep only at night. Avoid daytime sleep if possible. Daytime naps steal hours from nighttime slumber. Limit daytime sleep to 20-minute, power naps.
Exercise. It’s actually known to help you sleep better. Your body uses the sleep period to recover its muscles and joints that have been exercised. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise every day can help you sleep, but be sure to exercise in the morning or afternoon. Exercise stimulates the body and aerobic activity before bedtime may make falling asleep more difficult.
Taking a hot shower or bath before bed helps bring on sleep because they can relax tense muscles.
Avoid eating just before bed. Avoid eat large meals or spicy foods before bedtime. Give yourself at least 2 hours from when you eat to when you sleep. This allows for digestion to happen (or at least start) well before you go to sleep so your body can rest well during the night, rather than churning away your food.
Avoid caffeine. It keeps you awake and that’s now what you want for a good nights sleep. We all know that.
Read a fiction book. It takes you to a whole new world if you really get into it. And then take some time to ponder over the book as you fall asleep. I find as I read more and more, regardless of the book, I get more tired at night and so find it easier to fall asleep. Different for others?
Have the room slightly cooler. I prefer this to a hot room. I prefer to turn off the heat and allow the coolness to circulate in and out of the windows. If I get cold, I wear warmer clothes. It also saves on the bills as you’re not going to require the heat all night long.
Sleep in silence. I find sleeping with no music or TV on more easy and restful. I guess others are different, but sleep with no distractions is best for a clearer mind.
Avoid alcohol before bedtime. It’s a depressant; although it may make it easier to fall asleep, it causes you to wake up during the night. As alcohol is digested your body goes into withdrawal from the alcohol, causing nighttime awakenings and often nightmares for some people.

Budget...
Argh... it's my company budget time again...
To us in Business Development... it's a bull shitting time... how the hell we can predict what we gonna have for next 1 year? Year in, year out, we deliver totally different than what we put in budget papers but at least the bottom line is there... As far as we are concerned, the share holders need 30% growth and all we can say, we will deliver at the end of financial year... period...
Don't try to be too meticulous in asking us where, which market segment, which month for how much etc etc... hello... you set the 5 years plan and we are now in our 3rd year plan in which all these while, we work along that line... apa lagi mau tanya... sama saja la... let us enjoy our new year and holiday pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

What's in the age?
I'm in my first month after reaching 40... there seems to be big 'huuhaa' when you reach 40 and the most famous quote is "life begin at 40"... is that so?
I still felt like I'm still the old me but maybe my self esteem/self confidence had gone one notch up... but others... naaaa... one thing for sure, I notice more young ladies start paying more 'attention' on you... why ar? you tend to struck easier conversation with them nowadays and they seems to be more at ease with you... maybe they can see your 'fatherly' side kot... anyway, cartoon below is a nice reminder to me... hahaha

This what we as consumer should do...
A man eats two eggs each morning for breakfast. When he goes to the Kirana store he pays Rs. 12 a dozen. Since a dozen eggs won't last a week he normally buys two dozens at a time. One day while buying eggs he notices that the price has risen to Rs. 16. The next time he buys groceries, eggs are Rs. 22 a dozen.
When asked to explain the price of eggs the store owner says, "The price has gone up and I have to raise my price accordingly" .
This store buys 100 dozen eggs a day. He checked around for a better price and all the distributors have raised their prices. The distributors have begun to buy from the huge egg farms.
The small egg farms have been driven out of business. The huge egg farms sell 100,000 dozen eggs a day to distributors. With no competition, they can set the price as they see fit.
The distributors then have to raise their prices to the grocery stores. And on and on and on.
As the man kept buying eggs the price kept going up. He saw the big egg trucks delivering 100 dozen eggs each day. Nothing changed there.
He checked out the huge egg farms and found they were selling 100,000 dozen eggs to the distributors daily. Nothing had changed but the price of eggs.
Then week before Diwali the price of eggs shot up to Rs. 40 a dozen. Again he asked the grocery owner why and was told, "Cakes and baking for the holiday". The huge egg farmers know there will be a lot of baking going on and more eggs will be used. Hence, the price of eggs goes up.
Expect the same thing at Christmas and other times when family cooking, baking, etc. happen. This pattern continues until the price of eggs is Rs. 60 a dozen. The man says, " There must be something we can do about the price of eggs".
He starts talking to all the people in his town and they decide to stop buying eggs. This didn't work because everyone needed eggs.
Finally, the man suggested only buying what you need. He ate 2 eggs a day. On the way home from work he would stop at the grocery and buy two eggs. Everyone in town started buying 2 or 3 eggs a day.
The grocery store owner began complaining that he had too many eggs in his cooler. He told the distributor that he didn't need any eggs. Maybe wouldn't need any all week.
The distributor had eggs piling up at his warehouse. He told the huge egg farms that he didn't have any room for eggs would not need any for at least two weeks.
At the egg farm, the chickens just kept on laying eggs. To relieve the pressure, the huge egg farm told the distributor that they could buy the eggs at a lower price.
The distributor said, " I don't have the room for the %$&^*&% eggs even if they were free". The distributor told the grocery store owner that he would lower the price of the eggs if the store would start buying again.
The grocery store owner said, "I don't have room for more eggs. The customers are only buying 2 or 3 eggs at a time. Now if you were to drop the price of eggs back down to the original price, the customers would start buying by the dozen again".
The distributors sent that proposal to the huge egg farmers but the egg farmers liked the price they were getting for their eggs but, those chickens just kept on laying. Finally, the egg farmers lowered the price of their eggs. But only a few paisa.
The customers still bought 2 or 3 eggs at a time. They said, "when the price of eggs gets down to where it was before, we will start buying by the dozen."
Slowly the price of eggs started dropping. The distributors had to slash their prices to make room for the eggs coming from the egg farmers.
The egg farmers cut their prices because the distributors wouldn't buy at a higher price than they were selling eggs for. Anyway, they had full warehouses and wouldn't need eggs for quite a while. And those chickens kept on laying. Eventually, the egg farmers cut their prices because they were throwing away eggs they couldn't sell.
The distributors started buying again because the eggs were priced to where the stores could afford to sell them at the lower price. And the customers starting buying by the dozen again.

Which one is better?
We've heard and seen many men having an affair with another women... some just want to have fun but some are really serious in pursuing to the next level... why? many reasons known to each individual/couples.
The problem is... those that wish to be sincere and taking another women to be his second wife looks bad to other women whereas he is actually much much better than those men who looked innocent in front of their wife but actually amongst the frequent guest of prostitutes, GROs etc...
Sometimes, things look bad in front of your eyes is better in front of God's eyes... problem is, only in after life these human/women will know... the best, mind your own business and pray hard to God that you will always remain in the right path to the end...

Dilemma
Lately I'm in dilemma... one of my friend's wife had caused a lot of uneasiness / unhappiness amongst all other friends, the problem is, the hubby is a very nice person & easy going... what shall I do then?
Amongst friends, they want me to be the one to tell her off... but if I'm being direct & honest, I'll be the bad boy and might have problem with the nice hubby...
Keeping quiet since early this year don't seems to work as lately she is getting worst and really get to our nerves....
Like what the malay said... cakap susah, tak cakap pun susah...

June - Personal satisfaction of what I have done for the unfortunate... Met somebody who I thought not significant in my life then...
July - Start with holiday with friends in Vietnam... really enjoy the fun and start to be closer to my wife again...
August - Things are getting better in personal life and work start progressing well... thank to Allah for all the blessing... had fun in Bandung too... shop and shop and shop...
Sept - Spend most of the time in the month getting closer to Allah... towards the end, had a very interesting news on career development and mission towards achieving my first million...better late than never...
Oct - Things getting busy towards the new projects... resuming contact with somebody..
Nov - Too busy with the projects that I almost forget my responsibility... relationship also getting more serious... towards the end of the month, managed to find time to sit down and relax and reflecting what I have done... this is also a sad month when I lost my brother in-law, Al Fatihah to Allahyarham Amiruddin Khamis
